This is a very nice course, well kept, good staff, good food, fun to play. However, this past Sunday there was a shotgun at 1:00 p.m. which we unfortunately followed. Due to the lack of a range marshal, it took us 3 hours to play the front 9. When we finally arrived on hole #11, we saw the foursome in front of us in the middle of the fairway and SIX (6) players on the green. Ridiculous! No ranger to manage the course players. I called the clubhouse and was told they would send someone out to correct the situation. By that time, we had had enough. We asked for at least a raincheck to finish the course at another date which they obliged. All the courses need rangers in this state - golfers can be very discourteous and disregard any slow play they may be causing.
This was our best golf experience in Arizona, so far! We will be back for sure.
the staff is exceptional, the course is in excellent shape! Probably my favorite course on the west side!
Too difficult for a higher handicap player
We, our 4 some) have played this course several times. The latest found the greens and fairways impeccable. The course has spectacular views on every hole. The variety of holes is unmatched in any course we have played.
