I have played this course many times, As usual I found it to be in very good condition. The staff was very helpful {especially the starter}, I was not feeling 100% and asked if i could take a cart alone and was granted my request.

I hesitated before writing a review since this couse has many reviews in the system. Decided to do one anyway.
It was raining! Staff was friendly - and maybe surprised that we still went out (not raining too hard).
Course is quite open, not too long (we played middle tees due to the weather being miserable). When off the fairway, the 1st cut of rough is short & tight lies abound. More likely (if dry) to run into desert (or mud this week). Most (maybe all) areas have been cleared out - so very difficult to lose a ball on the course (unless you hit it into a water hazard). This contributes to a bare look.
Greens were OK, rolled true, were firm but a bit slow (it was wet). Tees were covered by relatively long grass (maybe they couldnt get the mowers on due to weather) but this made the par 3s difficult for those who dont want to use a tee on a short iron shot - its like playing from rough.
Overall conditions are what youd get at many Municipal courses. Not a top course - but you are not paying a top price either.
