This course is in the best condition I've seen it in for years, they have been doing a very good job given the heavy play it receives. They do very well at taking care of the customers. This is a mature course with difficult greens that is always an interesting challenge. Very good value for the price. Great course to walk, lots of shade.

I hadn't played Dobson Ranch in many years, but a great Golfhub rate got me out on the course again with my son. The greens are in excellent shape for August, but the fairways are spotty in places. The bermuda rough was short on some holes but deeper on others, and on those the ball would nestle deeply. If only I could stay in the fairway... Pace of play was outstanding; our round was completed in under 3:10. I like the variety of holes, especially the mix of doglegs right & left, and the three par 5's and 3 par 3's on the front 9. The mature trees provide plenty of shade, too. I wish I could play it more often!

Sprinklers were turned on during prime hours causing difficulty in locating balls and lost time during the round. No person stationed to turn off the sprinklers when they interfered with the customers. Rest of the course was in ok condition except for a couple greens where there were dried out areas. It was interesting that one of the dried areas chosen for pin placement...it was also on a severe slope plus in the middle of dried grass.
