This semi-private, traditional style course makes the perfect setting for Arizona golf vacations and features five holes with water, one with an island green.
My wife and I have played Lone Tree often and each time have enjoyed the course. It is always in very good condition and the greens are tricky but fair to play. It also is a woman friendly course. With the Southwest Pass it is truely one of the great values in the area. All of the people who provide service at Lone Tree are friendly and professional from the bag drop assistants, pro shop and food service folks. It is always a joy to play this course. I would highly recommend it.
This is a fun course to play. It has its challenges, but it is not too tough for men or women. Has four sets of tees, so you can choose your distance. Always in good shape, greens are firm and pretty fast in December/January.
This course was in good condition especially with all the heat. We had GPS, which is a nice bonus.
Me and a friend of mine had heard that Lone Tree was a really great course to play, so we played it today. We played with a gentleman who knew the course well and showed us the way. Very nice course, fairways we're nice and fast. Staff was very friendly and helpful, i will definitely play Lone Tree again. If there is one thing negative about lone tree it would be that items on their menu are rather pricey when it comes to just having a cheeseburger and a beer. My friend and i opted out on a snack because i couldn't see paying almost ten bucks for a burger...sorry can't do it. Nevertheless all other aspects of the outing we're spectacular. This is one course i would bring my friends from out of town to play while visiting here.
