It was nice to play on this executive course. The course itself was in excellent shape, for an Arizona Summer. Due to my health, I havent been able to play for a while and playing a course that doesnt have a hole over 300 yards gave me a real boost of confidence. The pros in the clubhouse, as a common courtesy, should have given me more information when i checked in. The greens were being aerated and the number of the pin placement for the day. I feel that these things should be told to a player automatically by the pros. Very friendly, but not as informative as I would have liked.

Course was nice and played fairly well. Greens were a bit hard and fast. Needs a bit more water on the course. Cant beat the GolfHub Memorial Day sale price though.

Since we didn't arrive in Phoenix til the morning, we decided to play a short course for a warm up and lack of time for a regulation course. Augusta Ranch is a homey, short course. The staff was very friendly. It had rained a lot the day before, so the course was muddy and it was cart paths only. The course was short, but still challenging enough.
