"a ball hits a tree then lands into a marked water hazard. The ball is lost in the water. The lie within the hazard line is better the outside at hazard at the point where the ball crossed the magin of the hasard. Can a player choose to drop within the hasard line?"
"No, There is no option of dropping within the hazard. The ball must be played from outside the hazard line when proceeding under Rule 26-1."
