First time at the golf course and enjoyed the layout very much. Path only during overseeding season is always a pain but cannot be avoided this time of year anywhere in Phoenix. Encountered a 30 minute delay on the tee time reportedly due to path only on a long and difficult 10th hole (started on the back nine), Beautiful weather, good experience. Will play again. We are from Chicago area visiting family in Phoenix and Golfhub is perfect for our tee time needs.

The course was beautiful, and at $49/player it may be the best value in the valley. The personnel were very friendly, everything from the clubhouse to the 18th green was in perfect shape. The only negative was that it was cartpaths only, because of re-seeding in the past month, but even that extra exercise was good for me.

The course appears to be coming back from the summer grow in. The greens were long, slow, but consistent. Sand traps at every turn. You must control almost every shot or you will find yourself in one. Greens are difficult to reach unless you have a good short game. Not a course for the new or even mid range golfer. Practice range closed for grow in.
