I dont get to play very often as I am a full time student with a full time job, so I am always happy to get a chance to play a round. This course was a blast, not so challenging that I felt like throwing my clubs, but enough to keep me comfortably frustrated. Plenty of fun holes to play here, just be ready to lose a few balls if you play as rarely as I do. Foooorrrrreeeeee!

I am a resident of the tukee/foothills location of phx and I must admit i really enjoyed the pointe golf club on lookout mtn. the first seven holes & the 18th is forgiving. the other remaining holes are strategic holes where staying on the fairway is critical. the greens are impeccable and fast especially playing in early july where the sun is brutal. again, this is an enjoyable course with many spectacular birds-eye view of the north valley of phoenix. i might add, the resort is a great place to stay.

I have only played this course a few times but I have always enjoyed the target nature of the course. It still has about 75% of the holes cart path only but we still got around in 4 hours on a Sunday am. The course is in great shape!
