The golf course was in good condition and everyone was very friendly. After golfing we wanted to go into the restaurant for cocktails and lunch. We were informed the restaurant & bar was closed. We were going to schedule a golf outing with our ASGA golf group but now that the restaurant is closed we will not be going to Orange Tree. Very disappointing!

I found the Orange Tree Golf Resort to be an oasis in the hot summer landscape. The course is well kept and wide open for the most part. The fairways are green and plush, the greens are in very good shape for the season, the bunkers are well sanded, and the shade from the mature trees is fantastic as the afternoon temperature rises past the century mark.
The staff were all very friendly and helpful. This was my first time playing the course; I look forward to returning often with my wife, who I am confident will like it as much as I.

This well kept golf course in North Phoenix was moderately priced. The course is laid out in a flat, straight, easy to navigate way. It would take a very errant shot to encounter any out of bounds play. The fairways are wide and your ball is likely to sit up on grass even in the summer. (Unlike many valley courses during valley summer play). While the golf course and employees are a major plus for this golf course, the lack of beer specials and a nice place to relax with a brew after a round is a major disappointment. Just enjoy a nice round but dont bring a camera, no picture holes here.
