We have been coming to AZ now for 6 years in January and always play the Faldo course. The course has a great layout and lots of fun to play. It is always in great shape too! The staff is awesome.

This course is in great shape and nice restrooms and drink cart available numerous times during play. Pro shop guys not overly friendly.
First time at the golf course and enjoyed the layout very much. Path only during overseeding season is always a pain but cannot be avoided this time of year anywhere in Phoenix. Encountered a 30 minute delay on the tee time reportedly due to path only on a long and difficult 10th hole (started on the back nine), Beautiful weather, good experience. Will play again. We are from Chicago area visiting family in Phoenix and Golfhub is perfect for our tee time needs.

The course was beautiful, and at $49/player it may be the best value in the valley. The personnel were very friendly, everything from the clubhouse to the 18th green was in perfect shape. The only negative was that it was cartpaths only, because of re-seeding in the past month, but even that extra exercise was good for me.
