This beautiful Resort weaves its way through rugged terrain that borders the Phoenix Mountain Preserve and offers spectacular views of both Lookout Mountain and Piestewa Peak.
Although, miss the water on numbers 16 and 18; although, without the water on 18, .. this round i got a par on the final hole. Course was in great shape!

Course was in great shape. We actually ended up playing it again.
Played Golf this week with a very close friends father that I call Dad, Hes 87 years old and shoots his age or better. This was the first time he got to play the course and he loved it. Course was in great condition and I, we were very pleased. My friend and I play the course when the rates are affordable and always consider it a treat. I live on Lookout Mountain and have played this course since the late 80s. I miss the water that was removed from the course, but glad to see that the care of the course seems to have improved. We will play as much as affordable. Ive played golf from Pebble Beach to La Costa, to TPC Sawgrass at Ponte Vedra Beach and I believe that Lookout Mountain is every bit as good as the finest courses in the country. Its a secret.
Please do not tell anyone to go to this course because I want to play it all summer. It is a great layout, (could use more water holes). The grounds were well maintained. The staff was polite (wow!) and we moved right along. Very enjoyable day. Food afterward was very tasty with great happy hour prices. The carts needed more power, lots of steep climbs, but maybe it was just mine. Great views, not too hard for a desert course but fun.
