Scenic holes desert surroundings but also somewhat forgiving. Rather expensive but worth a try.
Just played this course on a special and it was amazing!
Never a disappointment, always in great shape, tough to play elsewhere after playing here; it is The Spoiler!
The bad news was Cart Path Only; but the good news was the pristine condition of the course. To make it even better the weather was perfect with a temperature of around 80 degrees and we only paid $55 for a course that would normally fetch well over $100. My wife enjoyed the fact the red tees took the desert out of play. The white tees do require some carries of around 100 yards but the fairways were generally wide enough to keep all but the wildest shots in play. Best of all, as a 13 handicap, I shot an 83 and we played in 3 hrs and 20 minutes! We really enjoyed the course and the beauty of how well the course has been molded into the desert. I would highly recommend playing this course, even at their normal rates.
