I can't remember my password. What do I do?

Simply visit the Password Recovery page and enter your email address. After you hit the "Submit" button, your password will be sent to your email address.

I haven’t received any rewards points for my reservation? When are points credited to my account?

In order for points to accrue, you must be an active GolfHub Member and complete your round of golf on your designated date of play. If you cancel a tee time reservation, your will not receive points for that reservation. Rewards points will be updated on the 5th and 20th day of each month for the previous month's play. So points for reservations played during September would not be added until either the 5th or 20th of October.

On the 5th of the month, the system processes points for the previous month's play from the 16th through the end of month

On the 20th of the month, the system processes points for the previous month's play from the 1st through the 15th of the month

In addition, only certain tee times and courses are eligible for rewards points. Please make sure to review your tee time prior to booking to see if points are offered for a particular reservation/course.

Can I advertise my golf tournament on GolfHub? How much would it cost?

You can post your tournament on our GolfHub community events calendar for free! Just browse to the home page of your area and/or state and click on the events tab at the top.

Do most of your quoted tee-time rates include cart?

In many cases, a cart is included in the price, however, this varies from course-to-course, and from tee time to tee time. When booking a tee time, you can find out which additional items are included with that particular tee time by looking in the "Details" area of the "Booking Information Page" (the page on which you would enter your billing information). If "Cart" is not included in the "Details" area, or if the "Details" does not appear on the page, then a cart is NOT automatically included.

Can I make a change to my reservation?

There is no way to alter an existing reservation. If you wish to change the date or time of your reservation, or the number of players in your party, you may either:

  • Cancel your existing reservation, and rebook for the correct date, time or number of players, OR
  • Make an additional reservation at the same time (to add members to your party only).
    • Note that some courses have multiple starting holes, so there is a chance that parties teeing off at the same time will not be teeing off at the same hole. Please contact the golf course directly to ensure that all players will be starting at the same location.
  • When searching for an additional tee time, make sure to search for only the number of players you wish to add. If you have already reserved a threesome at a given time, searching for available foursomes will yield no results at your desired time.

Please note:

  • Reservations may not be cancelled after the cancellation deadline (see your confirmation sheet for details). Please contact the golf course directly.
  • Rates may have changed. If you are cancelling and rebooking a reservation, or simply booking an additional time, you may be charged a different rate. Please note the current rates before making any cancellations or reservations.
  • Some reservations may be non-refundable. Cancelling such reservations (even for rebooking purposes) will not result in a refund. Please see your confirmation form for details.
  • Reservations are subject to availability. The tee time you are searching for may no longer be available. If you are trying to change the date of your reservation, please confirm that the time you desire is still available, prior to cancelling your original time.

I tried to book a tee time and experienced technical difficulties.

Please email us at customerservice@golfswitch.com with the golf course name, the date and the tee time that you were attempting to reserve, along with the approximate date and time at which you experienced the issue, our technical team will investigate the issue.

The cancellation deadline has passed for my reservation. May I still make a cancellation?

Please note, you may only cancel a reservation prior to the cancellation deadline. After the cancellation deadline, please contact the golf course directly. The decision of whether or not to honor a post-deadline cancellation request is at the sole discretion of the golf course.

Is there a cost to join GolfHub?

There is no cost to join GolfHub, unless you opt for one of our Premier (includes a Handicap service) or Preferred Memberships. Please note that these options are only available in participating areas.

I have a Voucher to GolfHub. To which tee times can I apply it?

Vouchers can only be redeemed at http://www.golfhub.com, prior to their expiration date. Vouchers are applicable only toward the Amount Due Online, therefore, a voucher will not be applicable toward all tee times, as not all tee times required an Amount Due Online.

Typically, our Tee Time Alert emails contain the greatest number of times which require an Amount Due Online.

I just joined GolfHub, but I don’t want the free club from Magique Golf. Do I have to redeem it?

Thanks for joining GolfHub! Don’t worry. You are not obligated to redeem the certificate. It’s just an offer that we make available to our members through our partner, Magique Golf.

I never received a reservation confirmation. What happened?

When a confirmation number appears on the screen, you can be assured that your reservation has been completed and confirmed. Customers sometimes stop short, on the "Verification" page, before the reservation is actually processed. If you need additional assistance, you may call GolfSwitch customer service, Monday – Friday, 8AM – 5PM MST, at 1 - (480) 429-7280.

Can I make a tee time for a single golfer?

Only certain courses allow single bookings. When searching for a tee time, set the number of players to 1. If your search yields results, then the course allows for online, single bookings. If not, then the selected golf coures has chosen to only accept multiple player reservations.

We receive many booking requests from singles, which means there are other golfers out there who are also looking for a partner! The GolfHub community was designed as a tool to connect golfers with one another. We encourage you to utilize our many golf networking tools to find a playing partner!

How do I join Golfhub?

Go to the sign-up page and fill out your profile. The registration process is quick and easy and has only one mandatory page.

That's a lot of information. Should I be worried about my privacy?

Golfhub is powered by advance, secure technology. And as always, Golfhub adheres to a strict privacy policy. We require certain personal information for several reasons. First, it allows us to serve you better. Second, it gives you an identity in our golf community. And, finally, it will expedite the process when you use Golfhub to book your tee time.

Upon joining Golfhub, you will have the opportunity to make your profile private, should you so choose.

We will never sell or rent your information to a third party unless you opt-in to one of the marketing opportunities we or our partners provide.

What if I don't have an email address?

Since Golfhub is an online community, an email address is required to join. If you do not yet have an email address, you can utilize one of the internet's several free email services:

What will be sent to my email address?

Initially, a welcome email, containing your Golfhub login and password will be sent to your email inbox. By default, you will also be registered to receive our daily Tee Time Alert and Weekly Specials emails. If you do not want to receive either or both of these emails, you can edit your email settings at any time through your My Golfhub dashboard.

How do I unsubscribe from Tee Time Alert or Weekly Specials emails?

  • Login to Golfhub
  • Choose "My Account" from the main menu
  • Select "Email Preferences" under your dashboard links
  • Uncheck the box for the email publication that you no longer wish to receive

I'm in the wrong golf community. How do I change my location?

In the top right-hand corner of the golfhub home page, there is a info on your current location and link to "change".

What is this charge on my credit card?

If a nominal GolfSwitch charge appears on your credit card, it is likely a transaction fee for a tee time booking. In many cases, this charge will appear separately from the amount you are charged at the golf course or at the time of booking.

What will happen if I skip my tee time without canceling first?

When you reserve a tee time, then no-show, you have effectively prevented the golf course from selling the time to anyone else. Therefore, the golf course operator will charge your card, in full, for the entire greens fee of all rounds reserved. Retroactive cancellations are prohibited.

When can I cancel a tee time through Golfhub?

You can usually cancel a reservation up to 48 hours prior to the tee time. However, since all golf courses have their own individual cancellation rules, please pay attention to the specific cancellation deadline stated at the time of booking. In some cases, special tee times will be non-cancellable. So again, please pay attention to the cancellation policy for each tee time you reserve.

What if I want to cancel a tee time after the cancellation deadline?

After the cancellation deadline, Golfhub is no longer at liberty to cancel your tee time. Please direct any cancellation request to the golf course in question. Also keep in mind that the course may deny this request in its sole discretion.

If I cancel my tee time, will the transaction fee be refunded?

The booking fee is non-refundable and will be charged to your credit card regardless whether you play or cancel the rounds that you reserve through this web site.

What if my tee time is rained out?

If the golf course decides that the weather is unsuitable for play, they will not charge you for a no-show. However, do not assume that your tee time has been rained-out, or otherwise cancelled due to inclimate weather. Always call the golf course to insure that play has been cancelled.

If you have been charged a deposit by Golfhub please call our customer service line at (480) 429-7280 to request a voucher for any deposit or full greens fee that was collected. The voucher may be used on GolfHub.com for a later date. A voucher will only be given if play has been called-off by the golf course.

Does it cost me any money to join GolfHub.com GroupDeals?

Nope. It’s FREE!

When do I get charged if I buy?

ou will be charged after the minimum number of people sign up for the deal.

Why is there a minimum?

The minimum ensures that our partners receive a guaranteed amount of customers in exchange for a great deal. If only a couple of people bought the deal it would not be worth it for our partners to offer it. That is why everyone benefits from telling their friends to make sure the minimum is met.

What happens if the minimum is not met?

If the minimum is not met no one is charged and no one gets the deal.

Can I get a refund for my purchase?

Since GolfHub.com GroupDeals are time-sensitive, returns are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you have a problem with your purchase, please let us know as soon as possible. To inquire about a refund, email us at CustomerService@GolfSwitch.com. Someone will respond to you promptly.

How do I redeem my GroupDeal?

Once the minimum has been reached and the deal is active, an email notification is sent to you. Your account will be loaded with the appropriate value to redeem. All you have to do is log in to your account, find the tee time you would like to reserve and book it!

When can I use my GroupDeal?

You can use your GroupDeal as soon as the deal is active.

When will the GroupDeal expire?

The expiration date will be stated in the details of the GroupDeal page.

Can I give my GroupDeal to somebody else?

Unfortunately, GroupDeals are non-transferrable.
